**Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen eine/einen Produktspezialisten zur Verstärkung des PMO-Teams der Strabag Innovation und Digitalisation (SID). Als Mitglied dieses Teams bist du für die Administration und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen unseres Projektportfolio Management Systems verantwortlich. Du wirst eng mit dem SID PMO Team, Projektmanager:innen und Führungskräften zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Projekte zu organisieren und zu verwalten.

**Konkret erwarten dich folgende spannende Herausforderungen bei uns**:

- Gemeinsam mit den Planview Consultants und dem Product Ownern administrierst und konfigurierst du unsere Planview Plattform
- Du unterstützt unsere SID-Projektmanager:innen und Führungskräfte bei der Nutzung unseres PPM Tools (Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace und ProjectPlace)
- Du fungierst als Übersetzer:in für unsere Anwender:innen und hilfst beim Lösen der Probleme
- Du sammelst Anwender-Feedback und sorgst so für kontinuierliche Systemverbesserungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Wartung, die notwendig ist, um das System aktuell und lauffähig zu halten
- Du nimmst im System notwendige Änderungen in Rollen und Strukturen vor, die durch neue Geschäftsprozesse erforderlich sind
- Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem SID-PMO Team optimierst du unseren Einsatz des PPM Tools

**Qualifikationen**:

- Du bist fit in der Softwarekonfiguration und Administration
- Im besten Fall hast du Erfahrung mit Portfolio
- und Projekt Management Plattformen (Planview), dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Idealerweise hast du eine SCRUM Zertifizierung und bringst Power BI Kenntnisse mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine analytische Denkweise aus und arbeitest prozessorientiert
- Du achtest auf Details und kannst diese in User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien formulieren
- Du hast nicht nur eine agile Denkweise, sondern kennst auch die passenden Methoden
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, hast Freude am Austausch mit anderen Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
