**About the job**

The health and safety of our people are our top priority and as our new Global Health & Safety (H&S) Expert you will greatly contribute to this important mission. Reporting directly to our Head of Global Health, Safety & Environment, you will work in the field of occupational and technical safety, acting as an interface between our global, regional and local H&S structures. In this position, you will be responsible for different projects related to our H&S culture and will travel nationally & internationally up to approx. 20% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Developing and implementing H&S measures
- Analyzing accidents and developing counteractions
- Replacing our H&S software
- Training and guiding our people in the field of H&S (from management to shop-floor)
- Promoting our H&S culture within the whole group (production sites, service sites and offices)

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A technical or engineering background (e.g., a technical high school/HTL or university degree)
- Alternatively, a background in communication related to Health & Safety topics
- A certification as a safety officer is a plus

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Knowledge of German, Turkish, Czech, Slovenian, Portuguese or Spanish is an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant working experience, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 75.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
