**What your adventure will look like**

Ou**r Finance Team** offers the expertise, structures, and processes necessary to maintain a robust financial infrastructure and ensure fiscal health across TourRadar. With their problem-solving mindset, they streamline complex processes and play a pivotal role in delivering the financial solutions and insights necessary for us to maintain a healthy business. They are pivotal in positioning us for sustainable growth and enhancing the value generated by our adventure booking platform as we continue to scale and evolve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Accounts Payable (Tour Operators) efficiently including: the processing of invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations and overseeing the monthly Accounts Payable closing process
- Coordinating the work of 3 Accounts Payable team members located in Brisbane, Vienna, and Toronto respectively and supporting hem in reaching their goals
- Working with our local advisors (CA, US, AU) on yearly tax filing and financial reporting as well as accounting related to all subsidiaries
- Utilizing the potential of our ERP System NetSuite to improve efficiency and help us scale
- Effectively communicating with our global tour operator partners and proactively following up with suppliers and other partners to ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Working closely with our customer support and business development teams on finance topics
- Responding to all online customer inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and accurate communication
- Working cross-functionally with the TourRadar teams to gain an understanding of our business, contributing to the improvement and streamlining of existing finance processes

**What you’ll need to bring to your adventure**:

- At least 4 years' experience in an accounting function (AP preferred)
- Experience coordinating team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- First-hand experience directly managing a small team and/or leading international or remote teams is advantageous
- A willingness to familiarize yourself with tax and reporting legislation in other countries
- Outstanding communication skills in English (at least B2)
- A team player attitude and a capacity to be hands on to problem solve and achieve ambitious goals while supporting others
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting software; Netsuite experience is beneficial
- A meticulous and structured way of working, showing attention to detail and organizational skills
- A track record of reliability and commitment
- A learning mindset: comfortably adapting to changes and contributing new ideas
- Formal academic and/or practical training in accounting
- Experience with process optimization is beneficial
