As our Rewards Analyst, you will directly partner with our Head of Compensation, Head of Benefits and VP Total reward and help us in building a market leading Total Rewards infrastructure and global frameworks.

**What you’ll do**:

- Supporting the delivery of compensation operations such as compensation guidelines and processes, analysis of market data and compensation policy.
- Providing global support for compensation tools, and processes.
- Providing support and guidance on job evaluation methodology.
- Partnering with the Head of Compensation to level and benchmark roles globally, assisting in defining compensation packages for new hires and liaising and coordinating necessary approvals.
- Partnering with the Head of Benefits coordinating benefit comparability and market analysis and recommend changes where necessary either due to compliance or in order to create a better benefit proposition.
- Working closely with the global HR team, in supporting them with all the compensation and benefits topics
- Working closely with internal comms help design and implement a communication plan to include the EB part of EVP.
- Partner and support VP Global Total Reward with equity plans
- Supporting on ad hoc projects as well as upcoming larger projects such as Workday implementation, Job Architecture, etc.

**Who you are**:
In this role, we are looking for someone who is capable of growing as the company expands even further. Therefore, ambition and drive are essential to success.
- 3+ years’ experience in a compensation and benefits / total reward role.
- High level of understanding of all compensation and benefits processes and as such will have an input into the Global Total Rewards Strategy.
- Strong project management skills, able to coordinate teams both within and outside the company.
- Data driven mindset is key to the role when dealing with compensation and benefit design.
- Self-starter, passionate, with a strong drive alongside being results oriented as the position will have autonomy to prioritise, resolve and improve any decisions and processes.
