- Support our post-sales departments with enhanced performance and trend analysis.
- Financial planning and analysis of actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform regular analysis of budget/forecast against actual financial performance,
surfacing the “why” behind variances.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks.
- Specify and improve our standard reports in Power BI.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree, business (informatics) or related field.
- 3+ years working as a Business Analyst or Financial Controller.
- Experience creating presentations and regular reports for senior management.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Knowledge in Power BI, Sigma and/or SQL.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- High degree of analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter with an independent work style.
- Experience working in a software company and international environment is a plus.

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €45.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
