Who you are

We are looking for someone to partner cross-functionally, to build communications plans that support the implementation of the country communication strategy, country growth plan and the execution of the Ingka Retail direction. We are looking for someone who:

- has up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape (including the latest trends in social media) and digital communication (including Sharepoint), their use and performance measurements.
- has up to date knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders and to keep our co-workers well informed, engaged and empowered.
- communicates verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way in German and English.

- is passionate about communication as a business enabler, passionate about our contribution to society, communication & modern digital retailing trends.
- has an affinity with creating engaging communication and working with media relations and stakeholder management.
- is energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication network and cross functions
- has proven advanced training in strategic communications or equivalent as well as around 2 years of experience of both external and internal communication.

At the same time, we contribute to the growth and transformation of Ingka by ensuring we lead with communication. We do this by taking a strategic approach to reactive, proactive and activist communication.

In this role you will:

- be responsible to develop different internal and external communication.
- contribute to the development and delivery of the market communication projects & Media Relations agenda.
- implement and execute media/stakeholder engagement strategies for reactive, proactive and activist communication.
- drive project management of internal and external communication projects, taking the stakeholder perspective.
- enable effective internal communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors.
- define, plan, create/execute and follow up on internal and external communications.
- drive content creation and co-worker engagement, based on trends in communication and the latest developments within the communication field.
- execute and implement the local integrated communication plan.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2650;
- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
