WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role you have profound education and experience in the field of corporate communication or comparable fields and acquired strong communication skills in English and German (spoken and written) as well as knowledge on how to lead change with communication.

About you:

- You have great experience on project-, process
- and stakeholder management, in a continuously changing environment, to keep our co-workers well informed, engaged and empowered.
- You are up to date with media trends and what is happening in the world of communication and turn it into practice and have a high level of sensitivity with regards to people and confidential issues.
- You got the ability to lead and work in the “unknown” and deal with a high amount of ambiguity during certain phases of transformation.
- You can communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear, engaging, and inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice.
- You have a proactive attitude in problem solving and hands-on approach when necessary.
- You can handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines.
- You deliver consistent messages and to perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this position is to secure the strategic use of communication as an enabler to reach the Ingka positioning-, business
- and people objectives in times of transformation. As a Corporate Communication Specialist, you are responsible to provide a strategic advice on change communication to key managers and give support by developing relevant messages and communication materials. It is important that you drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.

You will be:

- responsible for the development, adaption, and implementation of the communication transformation agenda, which will be delivered by the global Transformation Communications Team.
- collaborating with the Transformation Team by ensuring we lead with communication during our Business Transformation and maintain close collaboration with the global Transformation Communication Team.
- responsible for developing and executing the common communication approach; planning relevant communication solutions as part of the transformation agenda, with a focus on projects related to transformation related topics.
- supporting the change processes with relevant, tailored communication initiatives.
- proactively contribute to stakeholder analysis and stakeholder engagement.

The workplace is IKEA Austria GmbH (Service office).

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2591;
- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
