**Job Description**:
As Integration Manager (Large Corporates, Partners), your key responsibilities are to support our customers to integrate their software with ours. This will eventually cover the integration on Point of Sales (POS) terminals, boarding APIs, service data APIs and transaction data APIs. The majority of the role will be working with large corporates or new partners on their first integration but an element of the role will cover trouble shooting issues and supporting partners during upgrades to either their software or our APIs

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Own the integration of a Partner onto Nexi’s platforms (Terminal, APIs, Boarding etc) end to end including where appropriate testing using sandbox environments
- Support the Partners when they hit technical issues with our integration including failures and unexpected results
- Support the Partners when they upgrade their software OR when we upgrade ours
- Work closely with the Partner Sales team to monitor progress escalating issues as required
- Work closely with the Operational team where the partner will impact them (notably terminal supply)
- Work closely with the Product Development teams to manage the introduction of changes and also to provide input / feedback from partners
- Work closely with the LAKA Sales and account manager teams to monitor progress escalating issues as required

**Qualifications**:
Your professional qualifications include:

- Have a technical background working on integrating IT solutions together using APIs and SDKs
- Have strong communication skills in German
- Able to simplify complex issues to explain to Partner what needs to be done
- Good organisational skills to manage more than one integration in parallel
- You have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset and you thrive working with complex end-to-end solutions and are a quick learner
- You have strong communication skills and you are fluent in English
- You have excellent networking skills and can develop relations with key stakeholders in the technology and business area
