Stellenbeschreibung
- Sie führen das Integrationsteam Charging Performance & Experience bestehend aus 3-5 Mitarbeitern während eines Fahrzeug-Entwicklungsprojektes
- Sie führen Gesamtfahrzeugbenchmarks zum Thema Charging Performance & Experience durch
- Sie stimmen die Charging Ziele auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene mit dem Kunden ab und vertreten diese im Projekt
- Sie sind für die Erreichung der Charging Ziele verantwortlich und haben stets den aktuellen Status im Überblick
- Sie verantworten das Thema „Funktionale Integration des Charging Systems“ über den gesamten Funktionsentwicklungsprozess von der Technologieauswahl bis hin zur Validierung und Freigabe
- Sie koordinieren die Abstimmung der funktionalen Systemanforderungen zwischen Gesamtfahrzeug-, System
- und Bauteilebene mit unterschiedlichen internen sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern bis hin zum Kunden
- Sie beauftragen und steuern externe Dienstleister
- Sie unterstützen interne R&D-Projekte zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe sowie Abteilung

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL / FH / TU) der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Kenntnisse der unterschiedlichen Ladetechnologien (induktiv, konduktiv, automatisiert) und Ladestandards
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet von HV Batteriesystemen und Komponenten (OBC, Charging Inlet,...) des Ladesystems
- Erfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse im Bereich funktionaler Sicherheit und funktionsorientierter Entwicklung
- Systematische, lösungs
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität sowie eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie im Bereich Ladesysteme
- Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Dienstreisebereitschaft

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Mindestgehalt beträgt € 3.000 brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
