As part of our Product Management team, you will be in charge of driving our AdTech roadmap and product development and build relationships with advertising partners, identifying key trends and opportunities for Emarsys as well as delivering a best-in class AdTech + MarTech platform.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Product Manager you will be in charge of defining and delivering our AdTech Roadmap.
- You will manage the AdTech product development team.
- Develops, approves and evangelizes the product vision
- Defines the product goals for each release cycle
- Oversee the product commercial success, ownership and reporting of the product business OKRs
- Maximize revenue extraction: work with Sales/Success to ensure Emarsys maximizes its revenue out of the products.
- Spokesperson for the product
- Owning the Outbound part of the GTM: Initiate and priorities new product marketing initiatives to drive: sales, upsells, retention, market awareness
- Point of escalation for prospects (potential product customers’): assist sales with large or strategic opportunities
- Understand users of the products to the most extreme detail (UX, needs, adoption)
- Points of escalation for advanced support / product questions
- Owning the Inbound part of the GTM: project manages the development, meeting cycle milestones and timelines.
- Supports developers with business requirements
- Run the product pilot programs and maintains strong relationship with these clientsOwnership of product documentation, onboarding process and operational knowledge / trainings
- Measuring and optimizing product adoption and utilization (people using the product)
- Supervise the support responsiveness and quality
- Compile and maintain a prioritised backlog based on: business success, retention, adoption, implementation

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have experience in managing a product development team
- You have 3+ years experience in and a deep understanding of AdTech ecosystem
- You have experience in identifying, building and growing product partnerships
- You are strategic, pragmatic and like pushing your ideas end to end
- You have a real interest in technology and like working in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Customer Match product APIs and capabilities - advantage
- Experience developing advertising/social products, technologies and platforms - advantage
- Experience with DSP and DMP integrations - advantage
