**Job description, responsibilities and duties**:

- Planning, coordination and ordering of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Planning and Coordination of mandatory and non-mandatory modifications
- Support and Organizing in AOG situations and assessing deferral of defects
- Invoice control for ordered maintenance activities
- Administration of maintenance records and the maintenance tracking program
- Administration of technical aircraft related contracts and administration of insurance claims
- Administration of maintenance records and the maintenance tracking program
- Coordinating and Planning of issuance or extensions of aircraft and authority related documents

**Requirements for the employee**:

- Secondary without school-leaving examination
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
- University education (Bachelor's degree)

**Educational Specialization**:

- Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering or similar

**Language skills**:

- English - Upper intermediate (B2)

**Other knowledge**:

- Microsoft Office - Skillful
- CAMP - Skillful
- CMP - Skillful

**Personality requirements and skills**:

- Willingness to learn and to experience further education and trainings
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a team as well as the ability to work self-organized and self-motivated
- Customer orientated and safety-conscious attitude
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in English
- General Technical understanding
- Degree in Aeronautical engineering or relevant practical experience is of advantage
- Knowledge and training on airworthiness related legislations is of advantage
- Experience with maintenance tracking program CAMP

and CMP is of advantage
