**Your Opportunity**

**Your Mission**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to **define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.** Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource planning allocation strategies.
- **Coordinate cross-functional teams** consisting of designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure project goals are met and the agreed project scope gets delivered in time.
- **Develop and manage project budgets**, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. **Optimize resource allocation** to ensure efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials - money, people, time.
- **Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans**. Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and address issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or product quality. Address and manage compliance and quality related risks with the respective teams.
- Maintain** regular communication with internal and external stakeholders** to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- **Drive process improvement initiatives **to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product development process. Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

**Your Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Product Design, Architecture** or a related field.
- **Proven experience as a Project Manager** in product development, preferably in consumer goods, automotive, architectural or other hard goods manufacturing fields.
- Solid **understanding of the product development lifecycle** and relevant methodologies.
- Good **organizational and time management abilities.**:

- **Passionate communicator,** with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with** project management tools and software.**:

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and **compliance standards for consumer products.**:

- **Problem-solving mindset** and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- PMP or other** relevant certifications are a plus.**:

- Experience with JIRA is a bonus.
- **Fluent in written and spoken English**, German is an advantage.

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000;
