- _Support the collection and reporting of IT control evidence (e.g., screenshots) _
- _Gather data for related KPI reporting _
- _Help maintain up-to-date process documentation (ITPF) _
- _Assist in the manual execution of IT compliance processes (e.g., vulnerability management) _
- _Identify repetitive tasks for future automation _
- _Assist with operational activities such as time tracking and ServiceNow _
