Wien, Österreich Volvo Cars Vollzeit

**Do you want to be part of our passionate family?**
At Volvo Cars, we believe that being curious and truly committed to understanding people is the key to future success. Without passionate people there is no positive progressand likely no Volvo Cars. A dynamic global organization committed to driving change awaits a place where ideas can be freely expressed and creativity can flourish.

**Volvo Car Austria - let’s introduce ourselves**
We are a highly motivated, diverse and flexible team of 35 employees that act as a national sales company and importer of Volvo cars on the Austrian market and look after approx. 50 Volvo partners - including authorized workshops. Together with our Volvo partners, we take care of our Volvo consumers and the appearance of the Volvo brand in the Austrian market. Away from rigid hierarchies, titles and organizational silos, our focus is on cross-divisional collaboration.
The advertised position is part of the Revenue Management team (three employees), which is a function within VCA Commercial Operations.

**Lead the Product & Accessory function - this is what you’ll do**:
Within the scope of the role as our lead for Product & Accessory lies the management of the product carlines, their positioning and pricing, the competitive landscape and the development of revenue activities - both for cars already on the market and new cars to be introduced.
In addition to the product line-up, the role encompasses similar responsibilities for the company accessory business.
You will address the Volvo partners in Austria, the Volvo HQ in Sweden and will be a member of Volvo forums built-up internally for specific working purposes and/or objectives.

**We’re looking for you**
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and that can be demonstrated. You enjoy working in collaboration with your team and is keen to propose new ideas, ready to contribute beyond the scope of the position itself. You are performance-driven and prepared to challenge any established status quo.

**Qualifications**:

- You bring a wide-ranging professional experience from a globally operating company
- You take data driven decisions and you like searching for new revenue streams
- You have a university degree, preferably in finance and/or economics
- You are fully fluent in German and English.
- Your communication skills are up the ladder such as Product Training, internal presentations and communication event purposes.

Experience in the automotive sector is not a must but demonstration of a great interest to the transformation of the automotive industry combined with fast learning abilities to apprehend the car product matters a must.

Most of all, you share our values and our ambition. Your warm personality and eagerness to collaborate will be welcomed by all of us

**Let’s get to know each other**

**We are Volvo Cars**
We share a rich and purposeful heritage and even bolder future ambitions to match. Since 1927, we have created world-changing innovation: The modern seatbelt. The side impact protection system. The pedestrian detection system (to name just a few).
Today, Volvo Cars is one of the most well-known and respected premium car brands, preparing for a new future that will be all-electric, autonomous and connected. This proud history of innovation is the result of a collaborative, diverse and inclusive Volvo Cars community. Grounded in a shared passion for protecting people and our planet.
In short, without passionate people there is no positive progressand likely no Volvo Cars. We’re looking for the change makers. The free thinkers. The self-motivators. The visionaries. The leaders. The dreamers. The believers. We’re looking for you.
