**Aufgaben**:
HOERBIGER is going through a companywide transformation process towards innovation and growth. People & Culture plays a crucial role as one of the enablers in this transformation: People development is business development.

As part of our Group Learning & Development team, you will help us design and implement the tools and programs enabling this transformation and thus be vital in driving this change. Our design approach for our initiatives is human-centric, in co-creation with the business and with short feedback cycles. The tasks are varied and multifaceted, ranging from managing training programs to developing a new Talent Management Strategy for the whole group. While you will contribute to all of them, we will be able to define your personal focus areas based on your experiences and interests: everything is possible
- Implementation, support, and further development of a group Learning & Development strategy focused on Leadership Development and Talent management together with the business
- Leading and collaborating in global L&D projects, for example:

- Design of new leadership development formats meet both strategic as well as individual needs
- Development of a proactive Talent Management approach that ensures both a steady inflow of new talent as well as focused development of our internal potentials
- Continuous improvement and building of a group-wide Employee-Feedback-Landscape
- Full training management and coordination of external services providers (especially trainers, coaches, consultants)
- Continuous monitoring of quality and effectiveness of implemented measures

**Anforderungen**:

- Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in (business) psychology, education, business science or comparable qualification
- At least four years professional experience in the field of learning and development, preferably in a decentralized, global organization
- Change management experience
- Very good communication skills at different hierarchical levels
- Team player
- High ability to learn, being creative in dealing with new and complex topics
- Hands-on mentality, goal-oriented, proactive working methods
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (a must)
- Willing and flexible to travel
