For our **Happiness and Development team**, we are looking for our first **Learning & Development Specialist (M/F/x)**. In this position, you will be highly contributing to the creation of an L&D strategy for all the departments of the company. You will join a company in a hyper-growth stage within the Green Tech industry and promote our employees' development according to their potential.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You believe in the limitless professional and personal development of people
- You are up-to-date with the theoretical and practical approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics, especially with a focus on Gender equality
- You have experience in building workshops, preparing trainings and moderating meetings
- You had your first leadership / coaching / mentoring experience and enjoy listening to others
- Project management, dealing with competing priorities and aligning everyone is one of your top strengths
- You speak fluent English and German

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Design, develop and implement an overall L&D strategy in collaboration with your team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify needs and support them in implementing individual career development paths
- Design and implement eLearning Management System, in line with our remote-first culture
- Implement workshops and trainings in the following areas: Communication, Conflict Management, Language acquisition (German courses), Pre-leadership / Young potential: Becoming a leader, etc
- Design, develop and implement a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program (with an additional focus on female career development)

**ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE**:

- You studied a Master's degree in either Psychology, Communication or an MBA with an Organizational development focus
- You are mission-driven and passionate about circular economy topics
- You are an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
