Das Raum
- und Ressourcenmanagement ist für die Versorgung, Instandhaltung und Sicherheit von rund 70 Standorten der Universität Wien mit einer Gebäudefläche von rund 520.000 m² zuständig. Zur Betreuung dieser Standorte suchen wir in der Abteilung Technisches Facility Management zur Unterstützung unseres engagierten Teams ehestmöglich eine*n Teamleiter*in Objektbetrieb im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden (inkl. Pausen). Die Position ist für das 1. Jahr - mit der Option auf ein unbefristetes Dienstverhältnis im Anschluss - befristet. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist gegeben.**Dauer der Befristung**: 1 Jahr/e**Beschäftigungsausmaß**: 40 Stunden/Woche.
- Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: -54 VwGr. IVa
- Darüber hinaus können anrechenbare Berufserfahrungen die Einstufung und damit das Entgelt bestimmen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Teamleiter*in für den Objektbetrieb sind Sie mit einem Team von Objektbetreuer*innen und Drittfirmen für definierte Standorte der Universität Wien für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Selbstständige Steuerung des technischen Objektbetriebs
- Eigenverantwortliche Führung der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter*innen (Führungsspanne rund 10 Mitarbeiter*innen)
- Personaldisposition und Koordinierung der Drittfirmen
- Beauftragung, Überwachung und Abrechnungsprüfung von externen Dienstleister*innen
- Budgetplanung und Budgetverantwortung
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Servicequalität, Einhaltung der Kosten-, Termin
- und Qualitätsziele im technischen Objektbetrieb
- Sicherstellung der Dokumentation aller Dienstleistungen im CAFM-System
- Koordination und Kontrolle der Betreiberverantwortung auf den zugewiesenen Standorten
- Ständige Abstimmung mit dem Baumanagement in Bezug auf Umbauten/Sanierungen/Neubauten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik mit zumindest 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder
- Abschluss eines Studiums an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität im Fachbereich Gebäudetechnik mit 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im technischen Facility Management einschließlich Bau
- und technischer Vorschriften, Ö-Normen etc.
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Laborgebäuden und Bildungseinrichtungen von Vorteil
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verantwortungsbewusstes und selbstständiges Handeln, lösungsorientierte Arbeits
- und Denkweise
