**Project Manager Development f/m/d (maternity leave replacement)**:
**As a Project Manager Development**, you will plan and manage product development projects from concept to market launch, transfer sensor technologies to series production and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement technical concepts.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch
- Transfer of sensor technologies and research results to series production
- Elaboration and implementation of technical concepts
- Lateral leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Responsibility for the success, quality, deadlines and budget of the projects
- Ongoing project controlling and reporting
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
- Participation in overarching strategic initiatives
- Lead and prepare project steering meetings
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the development of measurement instruments, preferably in the field of particle or gas measurement technology, process measurement technology
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management an advantage
- Experience in the use of agile development methods
- Hands-on work mentality
- Business fluent knowledge in German and English

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €60,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
