Group Business Development Manager (M/F/d)

As Business Development Manager, you would be a key person for new business development from commercial perspective at Vetropack group. By development of new business models, you would launch products using Echovai (better refillable) glass to ensure our innovations satisfy a market need. As a key member of the Corporate Marketing team, working closely with multi-disciplinary team, your focus would be to lead innovation to the market.

Market competitive benefits and compensation depending on your qualifications and experience. The basis is the collective agreement for employees in the glass industry with a minimum base salary € 60.000, -- gross for 38 hours per week

Company car for private use as well

**Key responsibilities**:
Project management for new product and services with internal and external partners, including business cases development

Commercial Pipeline Development for a brand-new technology (in specific Echovai tempered glass), to meet the agreed targets (volume, revenue and profit)

Strengthening partnerships with existing customers and acquisition of new customers for this technology

Lead processes with internal and external stakeholders to scope potential new areas of growth

Great project management skills

Great communication, people skills and advanced sales skills

Experience with writing business cases including assessing financial aspects

Results oriented, hands-on, focused on problem-solving

Able to work in remote teams, in a matrix organization, working closely with production sites building a strong network, supporting development and coaching

**Requirements**:
Masters Degree in Business and/or technical education with in-depth commercial knowledge

3+ years working experience in commercial - as a leader or team member - with a proven track record in bringing innovative projects to the market, ideally in a manufacturing/ industrial company in the B2B environment

English level C1 minimum in spoken and written language

German level C2 in spoken and written language

Travel requirement up to 40%
