Your Key Responsibilities

Overseeing all financial operations for the assigned hotels within the cluster, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Developing, monitoring, and updating annual budgets and forecasts in

collaboration with hotel general managers and the corporate finance team

Your Skills

Professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in the hotel industry
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
