**Our resort, due to internal group development, is seeking a dedicated individual to strengthen our team as Technical Manager - Building Services.

**What you can expect**:

- Ensure the proper functioning of the work equipment and the company’s facilities.
- Plan the preventive and predictive maintenance of the production lines, ensuring their operation.
- Creating and keeping preventive and predictive maintenance manuals up to date verifying their upkeep
- Assigning maintenance work
- Leading, managing and motivating the maintenance team
- Coordinating maintenance actions of machinery, work equipment and facilities to avoid accidents.

**What you bring along**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in another leadership position.
- Solid knowledge in technical areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrics, etc.
- Expertise in systems and machinery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of German or English would be an advantage.
