This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — ideal for someone passionate about building and running a world-class, Lean-driven operation that's clean, safe, efficient, and compliant.What You will do:Lead and execute the company's supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Build and manage a world-class warehouse with best-in-class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity.Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation.Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver >98% on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability.What You will have:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.Proven success transforming or managing a high-performing warehouse operation.Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.What We Value:A bias for action and results — you deliver measurable performance.A continuous improvement mindset — you challenge the status quo and simplify complexity.A collaborative leader — you build trust, alignment, and accountability across teams.#LS-OS1Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
