Corporate Development Manager

The Corporate Development Team acts as the key driver in the sourcing, evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, minority investments and strategic partnerships, in addition to contributing to developing and delivering on the broader corporate strategy, defining the next chapter of TTTech Auto.
As a Corporate Development Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams of stakeholders, support in the discussions with target leadership, the negotiation of key terms, the coordination of due diligences, identification of sources of risk, and the driving of deals to a timely closing. Further, you will participate in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of our corporate strategy by working closely with the senior leadership of TTTech Auto.
**Your Tasks**:
- Support in the implementation and execution of the corporate strategy process
- Support business and department leaders in the development of its business/department strategies and the implementation
- Develop business plans and models together with go-to market strategies for global expansions
- Support in the project management of strategic projects and initiatives (taking over responsibility for work packages and initiatives)
- Conduct/lead market research, financial and commercial analysis of companies
- Supporting the overall project coordination during the transaction execution phase of M&A project
- Conduct financial valuations and benchmarking (transaction and trading multiples, DCF)Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reporting materials
**Your Profile**:
- University degree (Bachelor/ Master) in business and/or a technically oriented study
- First experiences in consulting, M&A advisory, investment banking, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment with strong decisiveness to move things forward
- Captivating intrinsic motivation and thriving in hands-on environments
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
- Excellent command of English & German
