To strengthen our professional Group Strategy & Transformation team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Transformation Manager.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You play a vital role in the strategy execution of our growth path as you manage the integration of our recent acquisitions
- You are in the lead regarding the coordination and implementation of international optimization and continuous improvement projects with a focus on operations
- You are responsible for the project management of group-wide and/or site-specific improvement measures
- You are in charge of the preparation and presentation of decision papers for the Executive Board of MM Group
- You lead and develop a team of passionate professionals

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have several years of professional experience in leading transformation projects in an industrial environment, at least 3 years in strategy or management consulting, e.g. in the areas of Corp. Development, Corp. Strategy or similar
- You are an experienced team leader and know how to manage the demands of different stakeholders in English
- You are willing to travel up to 50%, focus on Europe
- You are a solution-oriented person with a hands-on mentality who enjoys working in a diverse team
- You like to be in the driver's seat and you are also up for an after work cocktail once in a while
