As a member of the Wharton Executive Education Marketing Team, the Associate Director of Social Media will report jointly to the Director, Marketing Communications and to the Sr. Director, Social & Digital Media of the Wharton School Marketing and Communications Department (MarComm). The Associate Director of Social Media is responsible for bringing the Wharton Executive Education brand to life across its organic social and digital media channels. The Associate Director will partner with the Director of Marketing Communications and Sr. Director, Social & Digital Media to develop and execute a content strategy designed to build brand awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads and enrollments for Wharton's 50+ on-campus and online executive education programs.

**Job Description**:
As a member of the Wharton Executive Education Marketing Team, the Associate Director of Social Media will report jointly to the Director, Marketing Communications and to the Sr. Director, Social & Digital Media of the Wharton School Marketing and Communications Department (MarComm). The Associate Director of Social Media is responsible for bringing the Wharton Executive Education brand to life across its organic social and digital media channels. The Associate Director will partner with the Director of Marketing Communications and Sr. Director, Social & Digital Media to develop and execute a content strategy designed to build brand awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads and enrollments for Wharton's 50+ on-campus and online executive education programs.

Build and maintain strong, highly-collaborative relationships with Wharton School Marcomm Team to share and cross-promote overarching school content. Collaborate with Marcomm and its multimedia resources to create content, ensure brand continuity, establish best practices, and optimize content cadence. Facilitate similarly collaborative relationships with Executive Education and Wharton Online colleagues, including program design and delivery teams, client relations, custom programming, and marketing team members to craft a dynamic, elevated content strategy.

Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance against internal goals, competitors, and industry benchmarks. Develop quarterly reports for Team and Leadership to summarize key social media activity and special events. Lead social media listening and community management strategy; identify, elevate, and react to spikes in conversation from a client relations, customer service, and/or media relations standpoint. Explore new methods of community engagement among Exec Education LinkedIn Groups for past participants and alumni.

Serve as the lead planner and producer of content and social media engagement around Executive Education’s marquee senior programming, open enrollment programming, live online programs, and select custom client programming. Manage real-time and post-session coverage of classroom and program experience.
