**Our business**
**Your role**:
- As job holder, you will have direct accountability for all Finance & Controlling processes for the participation of OMV in ADNOC Refining and the ADNOC Global Trading JV as well as the OMV Refining & Marketing Middle East & Asia GmbH
- You will be responsible for the delivery and constant improvement of the performance management and the relevant KPIs for both, the participation in ADNOC Refining and in the ADNOC Global Trading JV (i.e. analysis & understanding the of integrated financial planning, analysis & understanding of the budget/actual deviations, understanding and translating business transactions into numbers and vice versa.
- Also, analyzing, understanding and explaining the results of ADNOC Refining and ADNOC Global Trading JV. Analyzing the results in detail (Gross Margin analysis, inventory result analysis, etc.)
- A key task will be to provide all necessary financial data for the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing accurately and in a timely manner
- You will have responsibility for managing the overall planning process (forecast, budget, MTP, strategy)
- Steering interfaces with shared service centers and concept and enforcing finance processes and ICS will be an important part of this role
- You will also be involved in subsidiary compliance topics e.g. divisional & group standards, capital increases, IC loans, powers of attorney, articles of association, shareholders’ resolutions etc.
**Your profile**:
- You will hold a University degree Masters/Diploma in Economics or Business Administration
- You will have a minimum of 9 years' relevant work experience in Controlling, Accounting and Finance, preferably in the Downstream Oil Business
- You will have excellent proficiency in Corporate Finance, IFRS, Accounting & Tax
- Excellent skills in quantitative analysis (i.e. understanding of integrated financial planning, understanding budget/actual deviation analysis, understanding and translating business transactions into numbers and vice versa) will be key
- You should have very high accuracy in providing correct information and figures
- Resilience, self-confidence and assertiveness are important qualities to succeed in this role
- You will have very good English skills
