Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Startup Manager, based in Vienna, Austria. The role involves market analysis and development for the Middle-East market, driving business development and sales strategies tailored to this region. Responsibilities include managing underwriting and portfolio activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Some remote work is acceptable while maintaining regular in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Underwriting and Portfolio Management, with the ability to assess and manage financial risk and opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in Middle Market strategies, including understanding regional market dynamics and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Prior experience in the Middle-East market and familiarity with its cultural, regulatory, and business environment is advantageous.
  • Speaks and understands Arabic and English.
  • Lives in Europe.
