Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on
    AWS
    and
    OpenShift/Kubernetes
    .
  • Implement
    Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
    for automated deployments.
  • Build and improve
    CI/CD pipelines
    (ArgoCD, Helm, Jenkins).
  • Drive observability using
    Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
    (plus New Relic / Datadog if required).
  • Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve incidents together with Dev & QA teams.
  • Mentor and support engineering teams, promoting DevOps best practices.

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure roles (or 3+ with very strong K8s & Terraform skills)

Hands-on expertise in
Kubernetes

AWS

Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills in
Linux environments

Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure

English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (must have)

German – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (must have)

Experience with OpenShift and ArgoCD is a strong advantage
