Your Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and memorable event experience. You will:

  • Contribute to community engagement and communication support before and during the event
  • Assist during pitch sessions, mentoring rounds, and workshops
  • Help manage event webpages and online content updates
  • Capture photos, short videos, and social media moments for event coverage
  • Coordinate with speakers, mentors, and the organizing team
  • Represent StartupLive with enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism
  • Support with venue setup, logistics, and registration
  • Guide participants, mentors, and guests through event spaces and schedules

Who We're Looking For

  • We're looking for team players who are: Reliable, proactive, and energetic
  • Comfortable communicating in English (German or local languages are a plus)
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, events, and teamwork
  • Familiar with social media or basic content management tools (a plus, not required)
  • Able to commit to the full event schedule
