**Job Description**:
The Procurement Governance Manager is managing the risk within the supply chain, focusing on changes in the area of legal (CO², Supply law, ), CSR and ESG. This role is also responsible for establishing an internal control system for procurement for the processes with the highest risks guided by the management of the procurement guidelines and the support of the implementation of these globally.
In this responsible role you will be in charge of the following main tasks:
- Establishing and promoting the Supplier Governance Policy and Supplier Risk Framework to ensure supplier risk awareness and ongoing compliance of suppliers.
- Provide risk guidance and support to Sourcing and Procurement operations teams to ensure effective due diligence, risk reduction and monitoring.
- Implement targeted awareness communication and training initiatives for key risks - e.g., Financial Evaluation, Data Privacy and Business Continuity, CSR. ESG,
- Maintain and develop program reporting, risk data and artefact capture to ensure the necessary transparency & control - including Key Performance/Risk Indicator (KPIs/KRIs) reporting and dashboard updates.
- Develop strong productive partnerships and collaboration with the Control Groups: Legal, Risk, IT and Finance.
- Development of policies, procedures, standards, assessment, reporting and other program materials and documentation.
- Ensure the selected suppliers controls, and the due diligence process are auditable.
- Continuously foster and coach-in a supplier risk awareness culture with key internal and external stakeholder. Measure and report on the efficiency of procurement risk management processes and controls.
**Qualifications**:
- Master/university degree in economics and/ law required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, governance or compliance, or equivalent consulting experience
- Deep understanding of processes and related risks
- Project and process management skills, with expertise prioritizing and managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in developing documents and presenting complex information to colleagues at all levels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to achieve collaboration and alignment
- Global experience in professional services or consulting environment is a plus

You are responsible globally. Due to the Headquarters in Amstetten and as well locations in Europe, not only the office in Amstetten would be conceivable. The salary framework is also adapted to local conditions.
