For our Client Delivery Management team we are looking for you as **Client Delivery Manager (M/F/d)** at our **Vienna (AT) or Munich (DE)** location

Together with the Client Delivery Team and in close cooperation with our Sales colleagues, you will be responsible for our clients regarding service improvements and production support. The Client Delivery Management Team works in a structured way with a strong customer focus to ensure high customer happiness.

**Your tasks**
- Be the contact person for our client managers and support them with requirements and needs for our products and services.
- support the team in modifying existing service agreements.
- coordinate customer needs and priorities with our internal delivery units.
- align internally and externally functionality, service content, processes and optimization potential with customer perspective.
- conduct regular meetings and discuss status and prioritization of ongoing or planned change requests and enhancements.
- As part of these tasks, we initially provide a training program to familiarize you with our services and environment. Further on, you will be accompanied and introduced to the activities by experienced colleagues of the team.

**Your profile**
- You have a degree in business administration, banking or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience from a bank, ideally in the field of electronic payment transactions
- You act pro-actively and have the skills to listen and identify the core needs of customers.
- Your analytical ability, coordination as well as communication skills are convincing.
- You move confidently on different management levels.
- You are proficient in written and spoken German. In addition, you have a good command of English.
- You have experience in working with international teams or the will to work in a corresponding environment.

**Your Salary**
The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.294,39. with willingness for overpayment, depending on the qualification profile and relevant experience.
