**Your role**

In your role as HR Generalist, you will support us in various areas (office management, HR topics, assistance tasks, etc.). This is an extremely varied, exciting and challenging role. Right from the start you will be able to shape, decide, build and actively contribute to the development of our new business unit in Graz.

- Business trips organization
- Meeting preparations and documentation

- Interior Design
- Daily Operations & Supplies
- Access Management
- Creating effective and robust office rules & concepts

**What you bring with you**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business Management, or related field is a plus, but not needed
- Highly motivated, proactive
- Willingness to take initiative, contribute and learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a small, close-knit team.
- Strategic out-of-the-box thinking
- Experience with HR fundamentals is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
