Als Solution Architect ServiceNow (m/w/d) ebnen Sie unseren Kunden den Weg in ServiceNow und beraten sie bei der Einführung. Im Detail ist das:

- Unterstützung bei ServiceNow-Projekten von unterschiedlicher Komplexität mit Fokus auf digitale Transformationen
- Erstellen von Konzepten zur Einbettung von ServiceNow-Lösungen in das prozessuale und technische Ökosystem unserer Kund*innen
- Analyse und Bewertung von fachlichen Anforderungen und Ableitung von Lösungsansätzen zur Umsetzung in ServiceNow
- Entwicklung von Einsatzszenarien, Use Cases, Demos, Referenz-Architekturen und den entsprechend ableitbaren Vertriebsargumenten für ServiceNow
- Entwicklung und Vorstellung von technischen Präsentationen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Briefings zu den Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Spezialisten anderer Konzerneinheite**
Ihr Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene, vergleichbare Berufsausbildung und bringen fundiertes Wissen im Bereich ServiceNow mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen ITSM und/oder CSM. Zudem:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von ServiceNow-Landschaften und deren Einbettung in eine IT-Landschaft, z.B. als Entwickler, Consultant, Projektleiter oder natürlich als Architekt
- Mindestens ein relevantes Zertifikat im Bereich ServiceNow
- Gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Analyse und die Fähigkeit zur eigenverantwortlichen Einschätzung der Machbarkeit und des Aufwands
- Gutes Verständnis der gängigen Enterprise Architektur
- und Architekturmanagementansätze von ServiceNow
- Erfahrungen mit Schnittstellen
- und Integrationstechnologien zur Anbindung von Cloud Services
- Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum

Für Ihren Einsatz bieten wir neben einem interessanten, sich stets weiterentwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld eine dem Level und der Position entsprechende Entlohnung. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Jahresmindestgehalt von € 52.220;
