For our New Business team, we are looking for a Fashion Category Manager (M/F/x). In this position you will have the opportunity to shape and implement the strategy for refurbed Fashion and manage the communication with multiple teams throughout the organisation. Accordingly, we are looking for a senior manager with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have studied Business, Management, Fashion, Marketing, Communication or another related field
- You have 5+ years of relevant working experience in fashion procurement, sales, business development or key account management
- You have extensive knowledge about social and ecological standards in the fashion industry
- You are a problem solver and a team player
- You gained first leadership experience
- You work independently and in a structured, responsible way
- You have an outgoing personality and a high level of empathy
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You are fluent in English. German proficiency is a big plus

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Lead fashion merchant acquisition, onboarding and key account management
- Support in shaping the strategy for our emerging fashion category
- Plan and implement the fashion category’s operations
- Create value-add partnerships within the industry and identify new supplier leads, e.g., sustainable fashion brands, retailers etc.
- Work closely with other departments. Especially with your sparring partner, a Product Manager for Fashion

- You have experience working for a marketplace or in e-commerce in the fashion industry
