As a Financial Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our Business Navigation team at C&A by performing extensive research and analysis, identifying business opportunities, and advising your stakeholders accordingly. In this role, you will partner with financial controllers, accountants and various stakeholders within the CEE region.

**How You'll Contribute**
- You are responsible for planning, controlling, and reporting activities, providing support to management in understanding performance across the CEE Region.
- Youdevelop regular presentations for internal stakeholders based on budget and periodic forecast consolidation.
- You contribute to an increasing efficiency of the department's cost flows.
- You proactively connect the dots and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to our business to inform forecasting and influence strategy.
- You deliver concise and impactful communication on numbers, status of the business, vision and proposals towards internal stakeholders (board, leadership, business partners).
- Your analytical and critical mindset allows you to analyze and evaluate the existing cost structures and optimize the depending on cost accounting system.
- You identify efficiency measureswhich can be taken to help improve business performance.
- Youdefine and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure the achievement of business goals.

**What You Bring**
- You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in controlling, financial reporting, or financial business analysis.
- You have a Bachelor´s / Master´s Degree in a relevant field.
- You have solid knowledge of financial fundamentals.
- You know how to communicate complex ideas to various type of audiences.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and are highly self-driven.
- You are a strong team player with the ability to perform well in times of change.
- You have fluent English - German would be a nice-to-have.
