Sales Support Manager

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

Sales Support plays a key role in the robotics business and provides essential assistance to the sales colleagues who are primarily working directly with our customers. In this position, you will work closely with the sales organization and our customers, contributing significantly to the successful execution of robotics projects. You will prepare technical quotations for our robotics products and technologies, perform cost calculations, and serve as a knowledgeable technical contact within your area of responsibility. In doing so, you make an important contribution to strengthening our market position and advancing the development of our robotics business.

- Close collaboration with the sales team in calculating, preparing, and submitting quotations for robotic products and systems, as well as providing support in product processing within the robotics sector.

- Development of concepts, layouts, and simulations for complete robotic system installations to ensure optimal technical design.

- Programming of virtual robotic systems (ABB Rapid) for pre-commissioning, including preparation and transfer of relevant interfaces to subsequent project phases.

- Independent analysis and continuous improvement of tasks and responsibilities to enhance structures, workflows, and processes within the robotics field.

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**

- Technical education (HTL or University of Applied Sciences) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Technology.

- Experience in inside sales or product management in the field of automation technology, robotics, or plant engineering.

- Experience with Robot Studio is an advantage.

- Fluent German (C1) and advanced English (B1) skills

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.800 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
