Business Manager - Operations

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

In this position, you are responsible for supporting our field sales team with the technical design of instrumentation devices for the process industry (temperature, pressure, flow, and level). Your convincing technical and market knowledge will help you provide efficient and effective solutions to the customer.
- Sales Support and Solution Optimization: Support your sales colleagues in determining the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Offer Preparation and Communication: Prepare technical and commercial offers in SAP and clearly and understandably communicate contract terms. Follow up on the created offers.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers with technical inquiries to ensure their needs are effectively addressed.
- Core Values and Responsibility: Implement ABB’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while considering the interests of your colleagues and the company.

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- You have completed a technical education in electrical engineering with a focus on measurement and control technology.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of industrial instrumentation.
- You are fluent in German, have good English skills, possess good MS Office knowledge, and have worked with SAP.
- You have very good self-motivation, curiosity about new things, and possess an inclination towards acquiring new technologies.
- Additionally, you consider yourself skilled at collaborating with others.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.400 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
