As an International Key Account Specialist for LSR, you'll assist the International Key Account Manager in securing new business with major global accounts like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Tim Horton’s, as well as their top franchise groups. Your primary goal is to boost Red Bull’s distribution and sales through strategic partnerships. You'll support key markets in executing these agreements, monitor compliance, identify gaps, and turn insights into action. Additionally, you'll help develop and implement global strategies and projects.
**WINNING NEW BUSINESS (TOP DOWN)**
In this role, you'll support the International Key Account Manager in securing top-down agreements with global Tier 1 LSR target accounts by executing key projects derived from our global LSR strategy. Your tasks will include universe mapping, stakeholder management, financial and contractual alignments, and rollout process support. You'll also play a crucial role in winning new regional business with Tier 1’s international franchise groups, such as Amrest, DPE, Daufood, and Alsea, to enhance our global relevance. Additionally, over a 1-2 year development period, you'll start targeting and securing wins with Tier 2 QSR and Fast Casual accounts, including Papa John’s, Vapiano, and Pret a Manger.
**SUPPORT MARKETS ON WINNING NEW BUSINESS (BOTTOM UP)**
You'll support our top markets in executing a global strategic approach to win new business with Tier 1 and 2 target accounts. Your role will focus on developing sustainable distribution and volume while establishing strong local partnerships. By sharing best-in-class examples of success in the LSR sector, you'll help drive our strategy forward. You'll lead by example, demonstrating the importance of Global Strategic LSR Accounts to our Global On-Premise Business.
**MANAGE BUSINESS**
You'll work closely with the Global and local Trade Marketing Teams to develop and implement robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that ensure sustainable growth and excellence in execution. You'll also monitor existing agreements with global accounts, identify potential distribution and executional gaps, and transform insights into actionable strategies at the outlet level.
**FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY AND TOOLS**
You'll further develop and integrate the Red Bull Strategy towards Global Strategic Accounts in LSR into our overall Global On Premise Strategy. Your efforts will ensure we expand both horizontal and vertical distribution, outperforming the competition. In this role, you'll utilize current tools and, when necessary, enhance and adapt them for efficient account acquisition, management, and tracking.
**Qualifications**:
In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel are required. Prior experience with SAP would be a plus
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or FMCG business
A resilient sales mindset is required for this position as you will be tasked with the roll out of projects from inception to completion
Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level
A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must as this is a development position within the team
Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
