**_ Digital & Data Analyst (M/F/d)_**:
As a Digital & Data Analyst, you will work closely with our business teams to deliver data analytics projects, digital capabilities, and data intelligent products that will scale with our rapidly growing business to drive business decisions, improve customer experience, and increase overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a key member of our Digital, Data, Agile & Learning Team, you will be at the center of the action and have immediate impact on projects that are highly strategic and highly visible to the Leadership Team. In this role, you will work with related teams across the company to deliver data analytics initiatives and advanced analytics to help derive insights and value, supporting our business teams while building and enabling analytical and digital capabilities to accelerate our digital transformation.

**Responsibilities**
- Enable informed decision making and answering of key business questions throughout the product lifecycle as well as addressing key business opportunities related to customer data through insightful reports, dashboards and analysis
- Generating insights and driving analytics strategy, quickly turn data into insights and insights into actions to ensure that personalized experiences, services and products are informed by data insights
- Be a change management agent in the areas of data analytics, reporting and dashboarding and drive adoption across the organization
- Identify data needs and key performance indicators to understand the customers’ behavior, improving their experience as well as optimize campaign performance and the utilization of digital channels
- Inform customer experience managers on micro-targeting and personalization of campaigns
- Identify digital and data analytics gaps and work with the stakeholders to onboard new datasets, approaches, methodologies, etc.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant degree from an accredited university, preferably in business
- Proven work experience in the area of business intelligence or business analysis
- Excellent business thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to identify business issues/opportunities, frame business questions, contextualise the answers and quantify market events/business decisions
- Ability to turn large amounts of data and information into actionable insights through analytical techniques (e.g., data visualization, filtering, slicing, aggregation, etc.) and skilled in communicating insights to various business functions
- Previous experience with analytical, data-centric systems and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proprietary reporting systems). Familiarity with pharma analytics and pharma-specific datasets (e.g., Veeva CRM, sales panel data, etc.) are not required, but a plus.
- Skilled in using business intelligence software (e.g., Qlik, PowerBI, Spotfire), also for building reports and dashboards
- Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple queries in SQL
- Basic coding knowledge and understanding of scripting languages to complement data analysis (R, Python, etc.) are advantageous
- Strong communication skills both in German and English
