Are you a driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Ads Operations Manager to join our SEA team, specializing in Microsoft advertising. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and possesses a deep understanding of performance marketing and data-driven solutions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Set up, monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance
- Audit existing or new Ad accounts to identify opportunities
- Regular calls/meetings with existing or potential clients
- Keep CRM system updated
- Determine new effective ways of delivering results that boost sales and deeper engagement as well as customer retention

**Core Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Solid analytical skills and tools technical expertise (Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Ads, Google).
- Ability to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships with clients and Ad partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft products desired.
