Be bold when others would have given up and lead one of Siemens’ key data delivery teams within the domain of “Logistics AI" to bring value to our business by developing and deploying next gen solutions for the Logistics AI Data Cloud. **Mission**: As the Transport domain expert of IT DA DF1 (f/m/d) you manage the Logistics data platform and drive innovative topics for our customers from the domain Logistics across multiple locations to drive the Siemens’ digitalization. **Change the future with us** **Using your expertise, you will be responsible for**: - Process ownership: Strong domain know-how in Procurement and Logistics (more than 10 years) - Build and lead strong team of data - and visualization engineers that can assume end-to-end responsibility for their projects or set of services - Support the team on identifying priorities, project escalations, individual coaching, and personal development - Grow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods) - Build deep relationships with Logistics customers to become a trusted advisor for their most critical data and visualization workloads that support their digital transformation - Take ownership of key projects, e.g. Transport digitalization for Logistics and SCM and manage those projects with the key stakeholders from the business **What you need to make real what matters**: - University Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience - More than 5 years of experience in leadership of international teams - More than 5 years of people management (project or team lead experience) - Excellent communication and mediation skills - Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into business terms - Customer centric mindset - Work experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) - Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) - Experience with procurement data models (e.g. SAP raw data) - Experience with AWS and Snowflake data warehouses - Experience with logistics data models (e.g. SAP raw data) - Experience in process mining (e.g. Celonis) and SCM processes **What else do I need to know?** - We offer an attractive compensation package that is commensurate with your qualifications and professional experience. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 58.334; - (full-time basis). Depending on your education and experience, overpayment is possible.
