**About the Employer**:
Our Client is a European leader in manufacturing and delivering first-class furniture for offices and public spaces, including buildings, conference centers, cinemas, stadiums, music halls, sports, and multi-purpose facilities.

Furniture solutions are presented in 29 showrooms located in the biggest European cities such as London, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Bratislava, and Zurich.

Currently, the company is expanding business in Vienna while opening a new position of the Logistics Coordinator who will play a pivotal role as a launcher between internal departments and external Clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- after-sales service organization and coordination of transport & planning duties,
- taking care of entire shipment management processes in the Austrian market,
- creating a delivery and installation schedule in cooperation with other departments,
- managing and monitoring the level of logístical services provided (administrative activities),
- keeping delivery deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- prior experience in logistics and transport,
- well-developed organizational and time-management skills,
- ability to embrace multifunctional role and work in a fast-paced environment,
- fluent in German (C1) & English (C1),
- readiness to work in the field (50% of working time).
