To strengthen our motivated **Supply Chain & Sales Operations**Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Overseas Logistics Coordinator (M/F/d)**.

**Your Role**:

- You act as a crucial interface between our mills, Sales Directors, and Managers, providing essential support in their daily activities to enhance overall sales efficiency, streamline communication, and ensure consistent customer support across all locations
- You are in charge of overseeing all supply chain operations to ensure the timely and efficient flow of goods
- You are responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with logistics partners, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- You foster strong relationships with our partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders, to ensure that we are working together effectively to meet our customers' needs
- You continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize costs and enhance supply chain efficiency
- You ensure cross-functional collaboration with all stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and procedures that will improve the overall customer experience and drive business growth

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your education or studies in the field Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
- You have gained min. 2 years professional experience in logistics Management, specializing in sea freight
- You have a depth knowledge about legal regulations
- You have effective management and organizational skills
- You are willing to travel up to 20%
- You overcome challenges with your exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- As a communication and negotiation talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage
