**Ihr neuer Job**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zielgruppenspezifischem Content für die unterschiedlichen Kanäle der internen und externen Kommunikation der Unternehmensgruppe (u.a. Intranet inkl. Mitarbeiter-App, Presseinformation, Website, Social Media)
- aktives Themenmanagement als Mitglied des Redaktionsteams
- Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und -formaten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartner*innen in den Betrieben der Unternehmensgruppe
- Mitarbeit als Kommunikationsspezialist*in in verschiedenen Projekten
- Veranstaltungsunterstützung für interne und externe Veranstaltungen

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Kommunikationsallounder*in mit mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung auf Unternehmens
- oder Agenturseite
- Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Ausdruckfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von Themen für unterschiedliche Kanäle und Zielgruppen
- Kenntnisse in Bildbearbeitung und Erstellung von Video-Content
- Sie bewahren auch in stressigen Situationen den Fokus
