**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities

~ 为生产中所有特定工艺问题提供一线专家支持
~ 作为产品和工艺的主题专家 （SME）
~ 根据文件以及 GMP、SSE 和 5S 规则，协调并确保按时完成所有生产操作
~ 制造系统领导/高级制造系统专家
~ 定义用户要求规格（客户之声）
~ 在质量、成本和截止日期方面设计和创建电子批次文件 （EBR）
~ 对制造/自动化/编程/CSV 资格的深刻理解
~ 了解多个卫生当局的监管制造执行系统 CSV 要求
~ 高级技术培训师
~ 提供引人入胜的技术培训计划，使用多种交付方法（OJT、教室、虚拟教室等），支持员工执行技术任务和开发技术能力的资格
~ 根据场地战略和当地培训计划设计和开发技术培训计划
~ 介绍现场培训策略并回答审计员问题
~ 具体认证、系统资格、流程等。
~ 辅导、便利、咨询和培训技能和资格
~ 内部审计师认证等。
~ 制药行业和制造行业的经验
~ 保证制造单位活动与 GMP 和 HSE 规则、诺华质量/安全政策以及标准和质量/安全程序的一致性
~ 保证业务连续性计划的有效性
~ 确保诺华数据完整性标准、CSV 和 IGM 在项目中的应用
~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发（适用）
