you are passionate about the energy transition and have a natural curiosity towards power markets? We are looking for a collaborative junior trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. Within the team, you will learn everything and more about power markets and algorithmic trading.

Tasks

stand for the best customer experience

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you
- are the first point of contact for existing customers,
- take part in the onboarding of new customers,
- make sure power is flowing the right way and all post-trade processes are working,
- lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
- coordinate with other internal communities (augmented trading, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience,
- optimize and automate processes,
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.

**Requirements**:

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom,
- preferably bring some coding experience,
- have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar,
- have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
- are fluent in German and English,
- are interested in the power industry, power trading and artificial intelligence,
- have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
- and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
