are you passionate about the energy transition and have a natural curiosity towards power markets? We are looking for a collaborative trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. We promise your daily work will never run out of challenges.

Tasks

stand for the best customer experience

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you
- are the first point of contact for already existing customers,
- take part in the onboarding of new customers,
- understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
- make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working,
- lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
- coordinate with other internal communities (augmented trading, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
- optimise and automate processes,
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.

**Requirements**:
how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
- preferably bring some coding experience,
- have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar,
- have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
- are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
- and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
