**Job Description**:
As a “Senior Project Manager: Digital Customer Platform” you will be a significant contributor to the new Umdasch growth strategy. You will be driving one of our key growth areas: creating (from conceptualization to launch) our modular platform “Touchpoint”. In the future Touchpoint is going to be the main access point for all the digital services Umdasch provides to its customers worldwide. A successful implementation of this project opens multiple career opportunities within the successfully launched new growth areas.

**Responsibilities**:
Managerial - Ongoing project management:

- Selection of project team, set-up of project organization and management of project
- Lead project team and manage external and internal senior stakeholders
- Establish and deepen working relationships with (potential) customers

Technical - Use case development:

- Concretize digital platform use cases for potential go-to-market
- Gather critical insights from expert and test solutions early with potential customers
- Coordinate development and testing of minimum viable products (MVPs)

Commercial - Business case and go-to-market:

- Conduct market attractiveness and competitor research
- Calculate business cases for concretized use cases and develop go-to-market strategy
- Develop a blueprint for implementing future digital services of Umdasch into Touchpoint
- Create investor’s pitch documents and pitch to the top management

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development of digital services, and/or digital platform architectures, and/or digital business segments
- Profound and proven project management skills (commercial and/or technical)
- Business or technical studies or IT)
- Strong affinity with digitization and understanding of the newest trends in construction
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen (customer, market, business case, go-to-market plan, business model)
- Strong analytical and structural skills and proficient communication skills
- Open, pro-active team player, intrinsically motivated, experience working in international teams
- Agile mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate
- Excellent command of English and preferably basic German skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Job location:
Depending on your preference, you can work remotely (with some attendance days in Amstetten), or at our headquarter in Amstetten, or at our office spaces in Vienna and Linz.
