Stellenbeschreibung

Bei uns im Team werden Sie zu einem Allrounder für die Entwicklung und den Rollout unserer digitalen Kundenplattform. Ihre Hauptaufgaben werden aus folgenden Tätigkeiten bestehen:

- Durchführung von Schulungen für interne Anwendungsspezialisten verschiedener Landesgesellschaften, um ihnen die Nutzung der digitalen Kundenplattform zu vermitteln
- Beantwortung von Supportanfragen der internen Anwendungsspezialisten und Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen oder Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Plattform
- Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation der Plattformfunktionen, Schulungsmaterialien und Anleitungen für die internen Anwendungsspezialisten und Kunden
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Weiterentwicklung der Kundenplattform durch das Einbringen von Feedback und Verbesserungsvorschlägen der Anwender
- Unterstützung beim Testen neuer Funktionen, Fehlerbehebung und Qualitätssicherung der Plattform
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern, um die Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern und den Bedürfnissen der internen Anwendungsspezialisten und Kunden gerecht zu werden

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT Ausbildung (HAK/HTL/FH/Universität) (oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen oder Trainings, idealerweise im Bereich digitaler Plattformen oder IT-Systeme, von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und Plattformen
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem internationalen Team effektiv zu kooperieren
- Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, auf Supportanfragen zeitnah und zielgerichtet zu reagieren
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um Schulungen und Supportanfragen effizient zu managen
- teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. **Eine etwaige Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung natürlich möglich**.
