Your mission
- Leading on Mondi’s overall website strategy including platform architecture and governance
- Driving content strategy for Mondi’s websites
- Providing editorial guidance
- Ensuring effective collaboration between colleagues and stakeholders responsible for Mondi’s website and wider digital content such as Social Media
- Improving use of website-related performance measurement and analytics
- Promoting best practice approach for user experience
- Developing, implementing, managing and evaluating Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies for key stakeholder groups
- Managing external partners (eg webmaster, creative agencies)
- Leading a small team

**Profile**:

- Higher education degree in marketing/communication, or significant professional experience in lieu
- Relevant professional experience in digital communication/marketing
- Knowledge of best practice online research & analysis
- Effective project management skills
- Google Analytics
- UX design principles & good practice
- SEO and SEA
- Adept and fluent writer in English (required) and German (preferred)
- Editing and proofreading (English & German)
- Basic graphic design & photo editing abilities
- Good communicator with high EQ
- Self-starter who works well independently and in teams

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification
